How would a chart for Toastmasters club/district websites look?

I previously wrote a detailed set of recommendations for developing an effective club website (based on a district conference education session).

But, to respond to Matthew’s question, here’s what I came up with to emphasize the differences between what a good site should have, and what a poor site often has on the home page.
