Learn Public Speaking Online with Alltop

Speaking.alltop.comI’m pleased to announce that a new resource for speakers has been created at

Guy Kawasaki and the team at Alltop enthusiastically took my suggestion and delivered a great resource. It lists the five most recent articles published by a subset of public speaking blogs listed in the Public Speaking Blogosphere.

What is Alltop?

Alltop describes itself as a “digital magazine rack” of the Internet which aims to help you find articles in categories of interest to you. The categories are as diverse as Health, Photography, France, Hockey, Fashion, Journalism, and Personal Finance. There’s something for everyone.

Of particular interest to public speakers, I recommend Marketing, Sales, Education, and Nonprofit.

Who is Guy Kawasaki?

Guy Kawasaki is a highly successful venture capitalist and technology evangelist. He is a best-selling author of several books, including The Art of the Start and Rules for Revolutionaries.

His blog is listed in the public speaking blogosphere as a “part time public speaking blog” as he contributes about an article a month. One of his most popular articles is The 10/20/30 Rule of PowerPoint:

It’s quite simple: a PowerPoint presentation should have ten slides, last no more than twenty minutes, and contain no font smaller than thirty points.
