This article — or, more correctly, this 4-article series — is probably the Six Minutes resource that I refer back to most frequently for my own presentations.
Experience has taught me that my presentations are more effective when I conduct a thorough analysis of my audience early in my preparations. I use the audience analysis worksheet often as I’m researching my topic, assembling my content, designing my visuals, and rehearsing my presentation.
