Less focus on self – less watching self and more focusing on the audience and seeing the story before saying. Otherwise energry is good and voice (rhythm, pitch, speed) is good.

Great Speech and very thorough evaluation.

Before I read the evaluation, I thought about the suggestion you might give to improve this speech. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t find any “meat, cheese and veggies” (as you put it) in the evaluation. Do you think there was no room for improvement in this speech?

Nevertheless, I really like your blog. Keep up the great work !

J.A. is an eloquent speaker I have had the privilige to hear him live and this performance is awesome. I think he is the best person to learn body language from.

Wonderful use of 8 minutes, especially in the way he engages the audience without stepping off the stage and walking down the aisle. Take a look at the pace of his speech too…really impressive how he found just the right timing and cadence. I love using this as a model.
